SHOULD VENDORS BE REMOVED FROM THE STREETS ? YES OR NO ?

Zimbabwe has become a nation of vendors . Is it ok to let the vendors do their business in the streets infront of other shops ? We dont see such anarchy in well organised countries . Should the vendors be kicked out of the streets where they are more of a public nuisance .
